Abbie Lane, MSW, LICSW has been working in non-profit settings for 15 years. Currently, Abbie serves as the Community Services Manager at NYFS, overseeing our Youth Pathways, Community Advocacy, and Restoring Power Programs. Abbie served in various interim roles at NYFS, supporting general operations and clinical operations, and is excited to land in a permanent role supporting our client services. As a leader, Abbie is passionate about providing high quality client care through team development and reflection, data driven strategies, trauma-informed principles, and collaborative community partnerships. Abbie brings experience in leadership, program development, clinical supervision, and community trainings. Prior to NYFS, Abbie supervised a school-based program and has experience as a therapist working across a variety of settings including school-based, day treatment, outpatient, and in-home. Abbie received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, with a focus on children and families. Abbie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. Additionally, Abbie is a board-approved clinical supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
