Caleb received his bachelor’s in psychology and went on to get his masters in Marriage in Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. Caleb worked in an inner-city Middle School providing therapy services and has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, adults, and families.
Caleb works from a strengths-based and person-centered approach to create a welcoming, engaging therapeutic space. He provides a presence of calmness, welcomes humor, and invites our authentic selves to the therapy space. He values being person centered, culturally and trauma informed in his work.
Caleb has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, family therapy, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, attachment, couples therapy, spirituality, sexuality, and trauma.
In his work Caleb values client feedback to create a collaborative experience that helps clients work towards their goals. He integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and internal family systems.
