Cierra is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Justice. She has spent most of her career working in non-profits and has a strong background in community organizing with 10+ years of experience, specifically youth organizing. Cierra has centered her work on empowering youth and ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to thrive.
She serves as the Community Pathways Specialist at NYFS, where she helps lead the Community Connections program. In this role, Cierra connects young people with healthy resources in their communities while fostering the development of essential social and life skills, helping them build a foundation for success.
