Jessie Everts, PhD LMFT, holds a doctorate of philosophy in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and approved supervisor. She has worked in a wide variety of mental health settings and populations, including school-based mental health, in-home rehabilitative services, perinatal mental health, family medicine, trauma and disaster response, and digital mental health.
She served as Mental Health Director and then Vice President of Clinical Programs at Wayside Recovery Center, a treatment program for women with substance use and co-occurring disorders living with their children, from 2011-2019. She is passionate about making mental health and wellness accessible and responsive to the needs of the community.
