Muno is a School Based Therapist. She holds a master’s in social work from Augsburg University. She seeks to build strong relationships to support children’s development and learning, focusing on open communication with children and their support systems. Muno is passionate about working with children and adolescents who are facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. She has experience in helping clients overcome issues with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and ADHD.
Muno seeks to understand the world from her client’s perspective so she can offer a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to process their feelings, beliefs, and experiences. This helps clients to gain a new viewpoint, which can be hard to do on your own, particularly when you’re feeling anxious.
She uses an integrative approach specifically designed to meet each client’s needs and applies techniques from a variety of methods such as person-centered therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, solution- focused therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
