Rozzy received their Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University and is working toward full licensure as an LPCC. They work as a School Based Therapist at Centennial High School in Circle Pines where they conduct group counseling sessions as well as individual sessions for students. Rozzy has experience working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and adjustment disorders, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health concerns.
Rozzy is passionate about serving youth in their communities and providing resources for adolescents, schools, and families. Rozzy has training in Child Centered Play Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Psychological First Aid, and trauma- informed care. Rozzy uses a humanistic approach to counseling which values personal growth and self-actualization. They focus on providing a safe, and healthy environment for teenagers to build resilience and support.
