Providing Alternatives to Law Enforcement Intervention in Northeast St. Paul Suburbs
The Community Advocate Program serves as a bridge of communication and support between residents and public safety officials in communities throughout the St. Paul and the northeast suburbs. Our advocate serves adults who have had repeated contact with law enforcement and have underlying needs that cannot be resolved by law enforcement alone.
By serving as a bridge between law enforcement, case managers, caregivers, and family members, the advocate is able to improve the quality of life of our clients while reducing reliance on public safety departments for crisis intervention.
Clients are referred to the Community Advocate Program by our public safety partners. For more information about the program, to learn about how to bring this program to your town or city, or a potential referral, please call 651-486-3808.
