Our therapists are here to meet you where you are and support you on your journey of healing and growth.
We offer compassionate, culturally-responsive, and trauma-informed care for youth as young as four, adults of all ages, and families from diverse cultures and life experiences. Our individual, family, and couple counseling services are offered in person at our Shoreview and White Bear Lake Clinics and via telehealth to any Minnesota resident to reduce barriers to care. We accept most forms of insurance and offer many services on a sliding-fee scale. Payment plans are available to help ensure you receive the care you deserve.

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Talk to Our Client Services Coordinator
Speak with a Client Services Coordinator to complete a phone screening, identify services you are interested in, and review insurance and or payment assistance options.
Step 3: Our Team Will Match You to a Provider
Our care team will meet to connect you with a therapist who is a good fit for your goals and needs. Meetings are held weekly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 4: Schedule Your First Meeting
A Client Services Coordinator will contact you to schedule your first meeting with your therapist. You have the option to complete your intake forms before this visit or complete them in person when you arrive for your first appointment. You will also receive directions to our clinic locations or information on how to access the telehealth option.
Once scheduled, all appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Step 5: Meet with Your Therapist
Meet with your therapist. During this first meeting your therapist will get to know you, understand or identify your goals, discuss challenges, ask about life experiences, and start making plans to meet your goals, and gather information to provide recommendations to you about next steps
